Wellhead Integrity Assurance
Pressure-Containing Valve Replacement
- Non-release: Plugging tools are fully interlocked with wellhead safety equipment to ensure operational safety in high-pressure and high-sulfur environments.
- Extreme Working Condition Experience: Successfully implemented valve replacement for high-risk wells with pressure ≤ 48 MPa, H₂S ≤ 116 g/m³, and daily output of 1,000,000 m³.
- Rapid Response: Launch emergency response within 1 hour in urgent situations.
Hot Tapping
- Gate of Valve Drilling: Solves problems such as damage to valve transmission mechanisms of old wells.
- Blind Flange/Blind Plug Drilling: Establishes fluid channels for closed wellheads without pressure relief or circulation paths.
- Drilling holes in casing, tubing, and other pipe strings: Establishes kill circulation channels or relieves annular pressure.
Pressure-Containing Leak Sealing
- Special leak sealant is accurately injected into the leaking annulus through an injection gun.
- The system can resume production immediately after leak sealing.
- Suitable for leaks in key parts such as valve grease nipples and bonnet.
Field Threading and Wellhead Remediation
- Targets unconventional wellheads such as welded wellheads and exposed casings.
- On-site threading to improve wellhead devices (BellWell patented technology).
- Restores damaged wellheads to a controllable state.
Natural Gas Compression & Gas Lift
- 6 mobile gas-fired high-pressure natural gas compressors with a pressure of 35MPa.
- Using the natural gas from the well station as the power source, it can save more than half of the cost compared to electric-driven or oil-driven compressors.
